We are not yet able to take orders directly over the internet. Please download an order form by clicking here or the icon to the right and send it to us by post together with your cheque made payable to "R.M. Roberts". The form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free program which you can get by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" icon to the right. If you experience problems downloading the order form, please post a letter listing the varieties required.


Pricing and Payment All plants are £2.90 with the exception of the "green fingered list" plants which are £3.30. Please make cheques payable to "R. M. ROBERTS". Cheques will be cashed just prior to despatch. We are unable to accept Credit or Debit Card payment. If you require confirmation of an order or a further catalogue, please send a stamped addressed envelope. Please do not forget to read the detailed cultural notes we send out with each order, as they may be inadvertantly thrown away with the packaging.
Despatch and Delivery We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery in locations other than the UK and within the European Union. The nursery is not open to the general public but orders may be collected by prior arrangement. Where possible all plants will be despatched by First Class post on Mondays and Tuesday during the season (March til June). Please notify us if you are unable to take delivery of your order at any time. Please ensure you let us have either a contact telephone number or email address Delivery within the UK: 1-6 plants £5.50 7-12 plants £7.80 13-19 plants £8.80 20-30 plants £13.50 30+ plants £15.50 Delivery within the EU: Price on application as each country varies.
Substitutes Should any variety be sold out, the nearest colour will be substituted unless special instructions are received. It would, however, be a great help to us if a few preferences could be written in the box provided on the order form. If you do not wish to have substitutes, please send a limited amount cheque or you may receive a credit note.
Conditions of Sale Complaints can only be considered within seven days of receiving plants.
